Ordering

Do I need to be registered to place an order?

It is not mandatory to create an account. You can also order products without an account. However, creating an account does offer advantages, such as reviewing your orders and setting various billing addresses.

How does the ordering process work?

You will receive an confirmation e-mail upon your made order. We will then process your order and prepare it for shipment.

When your order is ready, it will be hand over to the delivery service, which will deliver the package to you the next day. You will also receive an email for confirmation when the item has been sent.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently you can pay using iDeal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Visa and MasterCard.

Do I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will always receive a confirmation of your order on the email address you provided.

What is the status of my order?

You will be informed on your order status by e-mail.

If you have an account, you can also find the order status in My Account under the option Orders.

Can I change / cancel my order?

If your package has not yet been offered to the delivery service, it remains possible to change and / or cancel your order. We recommend contact us if you would like to do this.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

A confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. Always check your spam folder first. There might be a chance the the confirmation email has ended up in this folder.

You can also check in My Account whether your order has been processed.

If both options do not offer a solution, we advise you to contact us.

Is my payment secure?

All EmdaWear internet traffic are secured by an SSL certificate and encryption. This is a secure connection. In addition, transactions from iDeal, Bancontact, MasterCard and Visa pass through an extra secure environment.

Delivery

What is the delivery time for my order?

Products in stock are delivered within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Products in stock to the United Kingdom, Germany and France are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Products in stock to Spain, Portugal and Italy are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

If products are out of stock the estimated delivery may take 10 working days longer than usual.

What are the shipping costs?

For deliveries to the Netherlands we use shipping costs of € 4.95 per order. The shipping costs to Belgium are € 8,95. We do not charge shipping costs for orders made over €100,- with delivery within the Netherlands.

For deliveries to Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the order. These will be calculated during checkout.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

When you pay for your order you can choose to use an alternative delivery address.

If you have already placed your order and want to change the delivery address afterwards, we recommend to you contact us. Depending on the status of your order, we may stil be able to change the delivery address.

Can I also pick up my order?

You can choose to pick up your order at our location in Berkel en Rodenrijs. In order to do this we ask you to contactus first.

What happens if different products have different delivery times?

Products are shipped in a complete package. If part of your order is not in stock, your package will not be shipped immediately.

Do you need part of the order in the short term? Then we kindly ask you to order these products separately.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped with GLS parcel service.

Can I track my order?

All packages can be followed with a track and trace code. You will receive this code by email once your order has been shipped.

Which countries do you deliver to?

In addition to the Netherlands and Belgium, we also ship a large selection of our products to the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

My order has been shipped, but not delivered. What now?

If your order has not arrived, we advise you to check your tracking information for clarification.

If the track and trace information does not provide you with the information needed, you can contact us to look in it further.

Returns

Is it possible to return products?

It is possible to return your products within 8 days – unless otherwise stated.

Products must be returned undamaged, unwashed and in original packaging. The return number must always be stated clearly with your return. You can request the return number by telephone, e-mail or via the online contact form.

If your operation date is further than 8 days, you can contact us to discuss other return options.

Are there costs associated with a return shipment?

The costs for a return shipment are entirely at your own expense and depending on the way in which you return your order. You can determine yourself via which postal or parcel service you return your product (s).

Within what period should I return my products?

Will I receive a refund if I return products?

You will always receive a refund for products that are returned correctly.

Please note that your product will be returned unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging, stating the return number.

When will I receive my money back?

Once we have received the product it will be subject to a return check. If the product meets the conditions (undamaged, clean, unwashed and in the original packaging), the amount will be refunded to the account number known to us within 14 days.

What if the returned goods are damaged?

When returned products are received damaged, they will not be refunded.

When returning products, pack them in the original packaging to avoid the risk of damage or destruction.

If the returned products (not medical devices) are damaged, worn, dirty or used, no refund will be made.

What can I do if my products are incomplete and / or defective?

If your product(s) are incomplete and / or defective, we advise you to contact us by phone, e-mail or online contact form.

You will receive your order details by e-mail aswell.

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive your invoice directly by e-mail after placing an order. The invoice can also be viewed digitally under My Account Orders. Here you can select which invoice you want to view.
